Welcome to Guardians Digital Angels. By accessing or using our website, services, or solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Guardians Digital Angels provides marketing, business development, digital strategy, and related services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for specific projects are outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information needed for us to perform services.
Make timely payments for services as agreed.
Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
All fees are outlined in service agreements or invoices. Payments are due as specified, and late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Guardians Digital Angels retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in delivering services.
Clients retain ownership of their existing brand assets, data, and materials provided to us.
Final deliverables (such as websites, campaigns, or content) become the client’s property once payment has been received in full.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardians Digital Angels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of any signed agreements. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
